Your first consultation brings together the doctor and nursing team to understand your medical history and goals. Assessment comes before selecting a treatment or product.

Facial planning considers balance, contour, support and the way light and shadow fall across your features. Skin-care planning starts with your specific concerns and how your needs may change over time.

RODEO and BHRC share internal clinical-process guidance covering consultation, diagnosis, treatment and medication use. This internal framework is separate from local medical licensing requirements.

Injectable treatments and facial contouring

Treatment categories include hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin treatments and skin-booster injections, with a focus on facial lines, volume loss, contour definition and skin quality.

Personalised contour planning may involve small-volume filling and facial support. During your consultation, the doctor can explain the proposed product, treatment area and approach, alongside alternatives and limitations. Product availability and suitability are confirmed individually.

Laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound treatments

Laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound technologies form part of RODEO's approach to skin care, firming, facial rejuvenation and body-contouring programmes.

Areas of focus include uneven skin tone, other skin concerns, full-face rejuvenation and combined energy-based treatments. The exact device and treatment plan depend on your assessment and current clinic availability.

Your consultation and continuing care

Your care continues beyond the treatment appointment, with communication between you and the clinical team.

• Initial consultation: discuss your goals and medical background with the doctor and nursing team.
• Individual planning: review the proposed approach, alternatives, products or devices, expected recovery and limitations before deciding.
• Treatment visit: receive the agreed treatment with explanations and support from the clinical team.
• Aftercare: a support group involving doctors, nurses and front-desk staff helps coordinate follow-up and recovery questions.

Visits are appointment-based. Your written plan should identify who handles follow-up, when support is available and which services are included.

BIOLAB collaboration and home skin care

RODEO's collaboration with BIOLAB (听研) connects in-clinic aesthetic care with skin-care routines at home. It includes skin-type-specific MED-SPA programmes and care before, during and after treatment.

Your clinician can advise on appropriate products, how to use them and any additional costs. Retail skin-care products are optional unless your treating clinician recommends them as part of your care plan.

Brand story and development

RODEO is the sister brand of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC), founded in Los Angeles in 2005. Its founding team became involved in BHRC's West Los Angeles operation in 2019 and began planning the brand's development in China that year.

RODEO was established in Shanghai in 2021, followed by the opening of its Shanghai flagship near Huaihai Middle Road in 2024.

The brand combines its American clinical-service background with local skin concerns and aesthetic preferences. Its approach centres on long-term planning, individual proportions and natural-looking changes.

Founding team and operating approach

Alex Wang Bowen (王渤文), CEO and co-founder, has a UCLA Anderson MBA and a product-management background. Eric Zhang Yu (张煜), COO and co-founder, brings a USC materials-science background and operational experience in the United States.

Ellie Su Qingqing (苏青青), CFO and co-founder, has experience in accounting, business analysis and finance, including involvement in BHRC's West Los Angeles operation. Kiki Han Shuqi (韩淑琪), investor and consultant, has a USC finance background and brand-management experience with BIOLAB. This team supports the business and service operation; clinical care is led by medical professionals.
